Custom Orders

At this time, we do not customize garments. This includes hemming.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, for defective items only,  which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Lost and Stolen Packages

Kylia's Abaya Boutique is not liable for any products lost or stolen during shipping. Once Kylia's Abaya Boutique ships your goods with the designated shipping company, we are not responsible for the duration of the shipment process. We will always ensure that packages are scanned into the system with the shipping company so that customers can track their items. If you feel that your order was lost or stolen please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Kylia's Abayas Boutique will not replace, credit or refund any product that has been turned over to the shipping company.
